Excellent sales and service experience. Love my new 2018 Camry SE.

I am not happy with their service department! Everytime I take my car in I'm always there for at least 2 hours sometime up to 4. What's worse is I always have an appointment. It should not take that long to do an oil change or put tires on. They need a better system. I'll never purchase another car care package again! It's so inconvenient. I mean who has all day to just sit and wait.

I was told to come back Tuesday they would give me a loaner and they would fix it in my insurance should cover it. I came back Tuesday morning at 7 and the guy said he had no record of me even having a loner and that I'll have to pay you $99. What kind of service is this? My last Camry I had for 12 years and I got from Griffin Toyota in Rockingham. I would recommend going to them cuz they would have never done this there. There was an issue with my car after I had a couple months they told me to bring it back in and they fixed it . Now that's customer service that I expect and not to be getting the runaround.

I purchased a used 2014 Camry Hybrid about 4 months ago now the door won't open on the driver side and the side mirror will not turn. it's just been 4 months ago plus I got the extended warrantt insurance. I went for schedule appointment on Saturday to fix these issues and I saw a service guy there. He told me what was wrong, and asked if I got the extended warranty. I told him yes. He asked if I could bring the car back in and I said yes, but I work in robbins 30 to 40 minutes away. He said that was fine he would give me a loaner and just drop it off Tuesday at 7am

Great price and NO HAGGLING!!!! I enjoyed purchasing from Pinehurst Toyota! Our salesperson was Mr. Jo Paragili was very knowledgeable and courteous. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase, and to be honest we were never asked anything other than, "Can we show you this truck?" (Since the truck we were interested in had already been sold). All of the team members were friendly, and a special thanks goes out to Andy (sales manager), Jeff, Orion, Chris, and Mr. Charles.

My experience were wonderful at Pinehurst Toyota service department. I were blown away with the concern and courtesy that the sales people showed me in purchasing my new car. I feel like the service department showed me the same type of concern and courtesy. I would like to thank Pinehurst Toyota for changing my belief that car dealers were uncaring.
