Went in for appointment for a oil change, one hour past and was informed I would be ready in a few minutes. Thirty minutes later found out they had just started draining my oil.
Very friendly staff, didn't try to pressure me into making decisions. Drove home in the car I wanted same day, but business seemed very backed up. Might have just been lack of manpower but the paperwork moved slowly
I bought a 2016 Kia Soul and the sale went well but as soon as I needed post-sale help, I can't get a call back. Steven in Finance refused to call when I needed the name and address of my Loan company but after two calls and two emails, he called my husband. Why not me? I specifically told him that in Seven Lakes you must insert the mailing address but he still inserted the physical address on billing information and I nearly missed my first bill, causing me to go to the bank instead. The bank said my physical address is wrong too. When i called the dealership just to inform them, no one has called back and they refused to give me the name of the owner. Poor business practice! Ladies beware!
