Good service department. Advertised free Wi-fi but it did not seem to be working when I was there. (It did not even show up on Wi-fi settings.). The refrigerator on the counter for customers did not have any bottled water in it as do other Nissan dealerships. Bathroom stall doors in women’s bathroom were broken and had torn off hangers for handbags leaving big chunks out of door(s).

I had a appointment to trade in my 2012 Nissan Quest. I requested the an extension of a promotion that expired on August 12. I was granted an extension and given a confirmation #. On August 23, I arrived and was introduced to Manager Santos. When I presented the promotion he told me that the promotion was expired and not to expect the same offer. I explained I had gotten permission and he stated that I was not going to get the same deal. I told him I am leaving and he said good. Yelling at me as I exited his office. I went to Honda who offered me an excellent deal. I will never visit that dealership ever again.

Well yet once again i was back at t he service department for the same issue my car kept having for the last year. The mechanic was straight with me and said honestly its time to find something new. So he got me in contact with Nicole D. She had been only working there for a month or so. She listened to my needs and concerns and helped me realize that what i got was not only well needed but well deserved. Loving my new ride. Miss the fact i did not have a car payment oh well.

This is by far the worst car buying experience. The one star is being generous. I went in two months ago to trade in my 2016 Sorento lease for a 2018 Sorento and in that time they have had 3 different financial managers, one blaming the other for the mistakes they made on the deal. They “ supposedly lost the paperwork on the first deal”, they had me come 2 more times after that to sign paperwork because it was never done correctly. They told me the 2016 was paid off and everything was okay. I had called Kia finance to check on my old account to find out about the 2016 being paid off , they never received a check and now I am two months behind on the 2016. They also never properly transferred my tag and I was then told that they will contact the DMV to take care of it due to the lack customer service from the salesperson and the financial manager. When I spoke to the manager and was promised a call back after stating I do not want to deal with the financial manager Christian again, the finance manager left a message to have me call the bank about the check. I didn’t know that after paying a process fee to the dealership that customers now have to do there own leg work and clean up the mess . These mistakes at the dealership is horrendous customer service. If you are looking for a car please research first and look at the reviews, I would not have gone here for a car if I looked at yelp first. I certainly would not recommended this place to my friends.

They are so defensive. I have all the warranty extended ones and bumper to bumper . During an oil change the scratched my door. When I went back for oil change ask for it to be repaired they didn't! Talk to a person said he was the owner he said do you know how many people say our guys did damage I ask you why does it make any difference it's under warranty da. He said did you buy it from us I said no I tried 2 times then went to Monroe Nissan. I said why does it matter where I bought it! It's a Nissan !! Finally I said I'll just take it to Monroe they treat me and my new car very good. I'm so happy that I didn't buy from Pinehurst and be stuck with that group for 3 or 4 years!!! And yes I have complained to everyone at Nissan Corp. That has an email. And yes I'll be calling them also, and yes I'll fill out survey too!
