We had traveled from upstate NY to visit family in West End, and one of the headlights went dark during our drive down. Found Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines online, called to set up a headlight replacement and oil change and might as well throw in scheduled maintenance. Spoke with Scott in the service department who was very professional and assured us we could bring the vehicle in anytime for immediate service. He was right, service was excellent, Scott followed through and made sure the vehicle was taken care of and ready when promised. They know their vehicles. I called when I had a problem and they said bring it in as soon as I can. They looked at the car without making me wait and told me what they had to do. I brought the car in at around 9:30 the nest morning. I was out by 11. Scott at the service desk took care of me and my car. I have a 2014 Escape. I love it. I bought it there. I moved away in 2016, but I get the best service at Crossroads Ford in Southern Pines. Diedra is the cashier. She is a lovely woman, and Evan and Ann, also in the service department and so nice. It felt like a homecoming while I waited for the work to be done. The waiting room is lovely.
Emily and Debbie were very professional and knowledgeable sales person. This is the second Lincoln we have purchased there in less than a year and will not be our last because of Emily and Debbie. We drive from Fayetteville to this dealership. The finance department was also great. Really disappointed that after only 400 miles, the vehicle came from the manufacturer will a major fault. The vehicle was in service for almost two weeks and still there awaiting a part. Emily, Debbie and Scott from service are keeping me up to date on the progress. Appreciate the loaner car. The customer service is exceptional.
Ann is fantastic. The overhead glasses case would not stay closed. Ann ordered the part and had it in within a couple of days. When I took it in, I asked for a full service oil change. No problem. Done while I waited. By the way Debbie Lobombard is probably one of the most efficient and fun sales persons you could ever work with. 5 Stars for all of them.
This dealership was extra great to me because they helped me to order and take delivery of my new Raptor all while I was deployed overseas with the military.
