I've lived here 2 years, and this is the only place in the area with an indoor kids playground. Like all Chick-fil-As I've been to the server's are very pleasant. Food is fast food. I've not seen issues with cleanliness.
I can't give them 5 stars because their drive-thru is HORRENDOUS. The parking lot itself is a nightmare and I feel like I play chicken (no pun intended) every time I drive in to park or to go through the drive-thru. It needs a better layout or a second location.
I am a fellow employee at the local Chick-fil-A in Southern Pines, and let me tell you it's been so wonderful to have the privilege to work there. My coworkers are like a family and I couldn't ask for a better boss. I love the values that this establishment has, there food is just amazing. Its a family friendly place and quick service.
Used to be good, service and sanitation are a bit lacking. Please do not twirl your fingers through your hair and then put a lid on my drink. Also if the drive thru line has a sign that they have to take orders in person why was the one employee out there telling us she wasn’t the one taking orders? Could do much better, could also try the Zaxbys across the street.
The food is great... the people are nice. The drive thru is horrendous. Southern Pines needs a 2nd Chick-fil-a.
I love this Chick Fil A! Even though they're always extremely busy, the workers are always friendly and give 110%. The food is worth the price and I have an addiction to this place!
