Roto-Rooter sent a plumber out who told me that he couldn't do anything with my septic tank because it was a bacterial hazzard. And then even gave me a quote for a sewage pump that I may not even need. I was fine with this except the guy charged me a $60 fee to tell me he can't do anything. The guy was unprofessional making all kinds of faces about my situation, puzzled that I would even call them.
