Played 18 holes here with my brother, loved it so much we replayed! Greens we're very fast and in superb condition. The starter as well was very informative of the course and gave us a wealth of tips before teeing off. Easily the best course I've played in NC so far!
Talamore condos are intelligently laid out, very clean, and enjoyable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly prompt addressing any issues that arise. Highly recommend 5 out of 5.
Talamore is AMAZING! We've been on 3 different trips for golf and the New Course is great. Lodging on site is very nice and lots of amenities. The staff is very helpful and go above and beyond to make your trip enjoyable. Pro shop has lots of stuff but is a little smaller. The restaurant and bar in the club house is quaint and has very good food and a wide drink selection. Would recommend staying and playing at Talamore to any golf fan!
Learned yesterday Talamore had a full tournament at their course too. Why would you take 500+ guys for the SC weekend and send them to courses where tournaments are being played?
Course was in excellent condition, greens were a tad firm, bjlut very quick. Staff was nothing but professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be back for multiple rounds.
Disappointing weekend with 7 friends. Came in for the Scotty Cameron weekend for 3 rounds of golf. Second round was terribly organized. The organizer had us scheduled for a round at The Dormie Club for 1:30pm. We didn’t tee of until 2:15. Reason: no golf carts because of a tournament. Also spoke to two women who were an hour and half late for their tee time because of no carts.
