I brought my watch here to get the battery changed. They used a flat metal tool, kinda like a putty scrapper to try to open it, and scrapped up the edges and left a large scrap in the back. The saleswoman didn't even acknowledge or apologize for doing it. Then told me I could go to a specialist to get the battery changed or I could try going to another store an hour away in Fayetteville.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in to buy a gift and was uncertain about what to buy. I received great advice and support! And, the recipient loved the gift.
The store manager is so helpful and understand what it really means to help others. I have been in the store 2 times and he is always very nice.
I drove over 45 minutes for a pick up thinking that they closed at 9:00pm from the website. But soon as I get there they kindly let me know that they close at 8:00pm and they door clearly said 9:00pm also. The sign on the door needs to be changed cause that's false advertisement cause I wasted not only my time but my gas.
