Dropped ring for repair...3 1/2 weeks late and three calls finally got my estimate on repair cost...$1200.00...no way to put a sapphire in...then had to wait another week and another call to find out when my ring was coming back. Took ring to another location and they are putting a premium sapphire in of which I will have in two weeks for $220.00. Don't go to Kay they are a big rip off...don't be their next victim of over charging and terrible customer service
I went into this location with my girlfriend just to browse and was unsure of what exactly we were looking for. The sales team at this Kay Jewelers is phenomenal; the associate who assisted me was extremely helpful in selecting a beautiful promise ring that truly fit us as a couple. I will continue to visit this location, because even if I am not purchasing, the associates always welcome me in and are ready to help with everything I could ask for. I live in Rockingham, and while that location is just as nice, I have already fallen in love with the staff at the Southern Pines location. If you are not shopping at this Kay's, you're truly missing out!

I went to Kay Jewelers for a specific question regarding my watch. The salesperson was knowledgeable and engaging. She gave me the information I needed, then sold me a lovely necklace for my granddaughter's birthday. I was impressed wth the salesperson's ability to listen and provide what I wanted. The store was clean and merchandise was attractively arranged. I look forward to visiting the store again.
