Love all the up to date craft supplies they keep stocked. I could live in this store and the employees are always so nice.
Love the wide array of nice quality items available here. Staff is always polite and extremely helpful. Merchandise is displayed neatly and aesthetically appealing arrangements, and prices are usually reasonable, especially items on promotion. Neat, clean and orderly.
Not good. We called prior to see when floral designer would be on duty. Saturday after 4. No problem but once we got there, she said Hobby lobby wouldn't let her design a floral arrangement. Why have a floral designer on staff if you don't let them design??!
I really like the store. I just wish they would put signs telling what was on each isle.
Every time I needed assistance, the same young man was there for me. His name is Timmy and he was so sweet and friendly and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. I have worked retail myself and I know just how valuable this young man is! His supervisor approached him while I was there concerning what he was doing...I thought she was insulting to him but he said nothing negative about her...this is an excellent guy with integrity and respect.
