The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I actually love my doctor. It’s not their fault that the front desk acts like they hate their jobs.
Staff is rude and unhelpful wait time is unreal wait hours past appointment time Dr Lee Lowery thinks he knows your body better than you and will cancel your induction date if you hurt his ego cause he is still trying to pay his student loans sorry ass service when it comes to a mother's health and child's health you'd think someone would listen instead of telling you what your feeling
I highly recommend Dr.Zmiewsky (Dr.Z). She's literally the best doctor ever !!! With my first pregnancy I rotated doctors and she was my absolute favorite. Her secretary is also very nice and friendly, the nurses are all GREAT. I've never had a problem with any of the staff.
From what I can see, this is an ongoing issue that this practice has not fixed, and needs to if they want to keep good relations with customers. This is 100% unacceptable.
Great Dr's but the staff is very rude. They have no phone manners. On several occasions they have either gotten an attitude or flat out laughed at me. The last incident I called I asked when I could be seen. The girl laughed and said our system had been down for 2wks. She couldn't even give an estimate of when it might be back up. Another time I was told they don't except my insurance several times (very rudely) wen in fact they do. I had to repeat my situation several times before she even went to check that they do take VA payment. Then she asks when do I want to be seen. I say asap. She just rudely repeats herself like it's too difficult to tell me when her next available appointment is. I won't be going back. This is all service I revived over the time of a year. It's not just one or two isolated incidents. This is a regular occurrence of rudeness. And that's even if you get someone on the phone.
So, I am 13 weeks pregnant now. I have been going here from the beginning. The African American lady at the front desk is SO rude. Someone from upper management needs to speak with this lady or replace her one. Not only has she been extremely rude to me, but I have witnessed her doing the same to other patients as well.
My first visit was great and thought this place was amazing. After that it went downhill fast. The receptionists are beyond rude and so are some of the nurses. The systems have been down for WEEKS!!! When I called to make a follow up, the nurse rudely said "why didn't you make it at your last appointment?" I said "I did but had to cancel, so I'm trying to reschedule" she said "I don't know what to tell you." I hung up and called back to speak with someone else. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and waiting until December 1 so I can leave there and be seen on bragg. He kicker is they can't give me my records bc the system is down. How the hell does a doctors office that handles such a large volume not have anyone to fix their systems? Seriously?!!! I'll never go back here again. I even overheard a few nurses talking about and laughing about a patient. Half of the nurses shouldn't be nurses bc they clearly lack any sort of bedside manner or manners in general, along with a code of ethics. Disgraceful.
