Just got my 90 min appointment cancelled same day and this isn't the first time this has happened. My hair dresser shared with me yesterday she had been cancelled on at this ME 3 different times. Add to this the extreme difficulty actually getting an appointment at this location and I'm very unsatisfied. I have kept my membership for several years and use it mostly at the location at Carolina Beach -which I love - as rarely do I have success getting appointments at this location. Management needs to work on staffing and customer service.
My appointment mysteriously disappeared, which I had scheduled 2 weeks prior. Not sure I'd risk driving all the way out to the southern pines area again just to be informed that I don't have an appointment. I suppose I could call every other day to ensure that the next appointment was, in fact, entered in the system and hasn't inexplicably disappeared, but then whats the point of making the appointment if i have to constantly make sure it exists.
Went in with headache due to stress & tightness in neck & shoulders. Left, after an amazing massage, feeling headache free, relaxed & revived. The staff treat each customer as if they are their only customer.
Tammy is very knowledgeable. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely go again.
I had my first ever full body massage yesterday. It was a gift from my wife and it was phenomenal. The office staff greeted me promptly and were very nice and professional. The whole facility was clean and neat. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.The massage therapist Kenya was absolutely amazing. Thank you to all those who assisted. I will be back.
