Customer Service is awesome! I was doing research on leaf blowers and making the trips to the two big hardware stores (Lowes/Home Depot) to find a good deal. Reviews of almost every leaf blower sold by these two were garbage. My research on Consumer Reports led me to the Stihl brand of blowers. After for more research, I found out that Stih products aren't sold in "the big two" and led me to Belk Bldg Supply. When you buy a product here and it requires maintenance, it gets fixed here on site; you will not EVER have that happen at Lowes or HD. Next, when you buy a product, they offer to show you how it works, they start it up right there, and offer to do your product registration for you!
I try to buy most all of my lumber from these guys. The quality is better and the prices usually beat Lowe's. Customer service at Lowe's could go to Belk's and learn how it works! They are my "go to " store for most all of my project needs. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
