The place was very lively! Lot of people. It was jam packed. Try the Chuck wood there. The live band was nice. Inside was more formal. Dress close is casual but well groomed.
It is a wonderful place to get New York style pizza. Very good environment
A really nice place to be. Attended a reception there. I like the decor and the coziness along with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
If you notice most the reviews are for the bar. The bar is a local social scene and gets very crowded. We stayed there for our anniversary and were told that the bar and band would be loud until around midnight. Things didn't really calm down until around 2am, there is no isolation from the noise since the Inn is so old and small. Bar patrons were literally in the reception area making noise the carries throughout the hotel. Then the noise returned at 6am when people decided to slam doors and talk outside in the hallways. Again, the Inn is old so noise carries. So after getting about 4 hours of sleep we left at 7am (so much for paying extra for a late check out), we had enough. If you want a place to drink then walk to your room then this is for you. The Inn is very nice and the rooms were nice, just not a romantic get away or quiet stay. To top it off the hotel charged me the previous room patrons bar bill to my account. However, they did reverse the charge. I just feel for the money it cost to stay there and the image they are trying to project, things like that should not happen and they could could do a better of of noise control.
Followed the crowd for drinks and music. Nice atmosphere. Good music. Right next to a great pizza joint. Outside had a good amount of people, some may say crowded; you may have to stand.
