I have take mussels andthey wherenot fresh ,smell bad . My husband have take the popstick and they where very salty.
I used to love going to Bonefish Grill. But something has changed in the past couple years. It's not just this location, but others as well. The food isn't fresh. The bread was cold and stale. The mussels were obviously frozen and chewy. The Thai shrimp was very good, but the peanut sauce was a joke. The potatoes au gratin were OLD and stale. Not pleasant at all. Server hardly refilled my drink and she was fake-nice. This has been an issue at every Bonefish I've experienced lately. Even my old favorite, Bang-Bang shrimp, just isn't good anymore. It's all frozen and NOT FRESH! Whoever is managing these locations is not doing a good job. People are willing to pay money for high-quality meals and high-quality service, NOT for sub-par meals and service. It didn't used to be this way. But now, after today, I've finally had enough. I'm tired of the rank-smelling floors and the bad taste in music. Tired of the sticky floors and HORRIBLE lighting! I'm tired of eating food that I frankly wouldn't even give to my pet cats. Bonefish, you've officially lost me. Thanks for the memories of good meals and good services, but this past year has been a real disappointment to me and so many others.
Great wait staff in the bar area. Food has always been good. I recommend the bang bang shrimp.
Great place to eat! Their stuffed tilapia was delicious! Definitely recommend giving Bonefish a try!
House salad greens were withered. Shrimp and scallops were greasy and under cooked.
