I was very disappointed in the service. It was a busy Saturday night which I can appreciate, but there is still a line that can be crossed and it was. My steak was RAW and the rest of my food was cold. I was there almost two hours and was never given a refill. We politely told the server and she claimed she told the manager and we never heard anything else about it. I was just very upset for the amount I paid for the horrible service I was given. Not worth it.
Outback has not disappointed me yet! I got food to-go and the service was speedy and excellent. They were so nice and professional. The food was amazing as always!
Great food, great staff, a little pricey but I only go here for a nice occasion. The bar has excellent drinks (try the wallaby darned!) And the dessert are wonderful. I always leave here with leftovers, bountiful amounts of food served in a meal
We went on a Friday night and yes it was naturally busy. Our appetizer took 20 minutes to come out to the table and then our meals took another 40 minutes after that yo come out. We asked for a manager before that because we was going to pay for our drinks and leave and conveniently our food came out. We will not come back to this restaurant again. Food was good but service sucked.
So I have eaten here a lot, and I love the food. But recently I have to say that the service was HORRIBLE. Food was still great, and the staff was nice but to say lightly , they don't have their S**t together lately. Recent visit , a long story short we got there before the rush and ordered and they lost our appetizer so we got it 40min later took 20min to get a glass of ice. Manager avoided our table and wouldn't come talk to us when told the situation. A dinner that should've taken no more than an hr (we knew what we wanted to eat within 10 mins of sitting down) turned into almost 2 hrs. Other tables that came in way after us got food before we did. While there, another couple about walked out because of how long they were waiting. Just ridiculous. They need to get their management together, because they were not slack waiters or waitresses.
