Great pub with friendly atmosphere. The negative comments are clearly people who would find a problem with anything. If you come at night on a weekend you can expect there to be a lot of people at the bar waiting for drinks. Use your adult voice and make yourself known instead of complaining on the internet.
Had a rugby social at this pub and the service and the bartender was great! I love little small hole in the wall places!!

The regulars are always friendly and welcoming. Historic building without a lot of fancy upgrades.
