Just came from the SW store in Southern Pines...while the young women, who I think was stocking shelves, did turn and look at me she never spoke or asked if I needed help. I was looking at wallpaper books and even if they didn't have the book I needed I was going to order it from them. They carry York and felt pretty confident they could get it. I have dealt with SW for well over 25yrs. I had my own wallpapering business for 25yrs and they were my primary source of supplies. No one ever approached me...the gentleman all seemed to be busy with other customers. Another women even walked in after me to purchase paint and was asked immediately what she needed....maybe they knew her. My purchase would have been about $1000.00 but I plan to go elsewhere....even if I have to pay a little more. So thanks SW for that wonderful customer service...not what I'm used to from you.
Been doing business there for a couple years now and accidents and mistakes are bound to happen but when they do, Terry always makes it right! Thanks for being an easy guy to work with!
I've been dealing with Sherwin Williams for a long time as a painter of 25 years. I recently had a problem with the satin paint. They are trying to work it out but time is money and they are costing me both. I expect better from them.
