Food seems like it's going for the worst. Calamari looks and tasted different not a golden brown crunchy outside anymore, the crusted zucchini was still raw as if they didn't cook it just right, and both my wife's and my chicken parmigiana was over cooked. Very hard to chew and extremely crunchy! Outside was dark brown with burn marks around the edges and especially the smaller side of the chicken. Great service from all staff members. I mentioned to the manager there was urine all over the floor and toilets still filled with a horrible smell in the air. Informed the manager and was lucky enough to get paper towels in the bathroom but as far as cleaning up the place well, guess he didn't think it was that important.
The food was a little off because it had really no seasoning and my daughter's kids pizza did not have any taste. The best part of the meal was out server and the salad. The server did a great job and looked after our needs. The noodles were dry and fettuccine sauce needed more butter and garlic. This was not a good experience.
The service was horrible. Everything was just slow. We had a group of 12, so we waited about 25 minutes to be seated. I guess that's not unusual. The people drinking water never did get offered a refill on their water, and never got one. I had to ask for a refill on my soda. I just didn't feel welcome there. Like I said everything was just slow. I don't think I'll be going back to this particular Olive Garden. The food, however, was excellent.
We orderd a specific bottle of red wine and our waiter brought out a bottle of white wine. He seemed upset when we told him what he brought out wasn't the right. He came back 15 minutes later to tell us they were out of that wine. We asked for suggestions on sweet wines like the Roscato we ordered but he was no help. We ordered tea. The food was good but we never received a refill and our waiter was no where to be found when we asked another waiter for bread sticks and tea refills. We paid via the device on table.
Jennifer the waitress was AWESOME!! She said it was her first week but you couldn't tell it! She was a true professional! The food was PERFECT!
