The staff is very knowledgeable and supportive. I was scared to do crossfit as it looks intimidating, but after this 6-week intro class, I am in love with it! I'm definitely signing up for more classes!
Sitting in my car before the intro class I was nervous and feeling like I wouldn't fit in. Being a beginner I figured all who CrossFit have been doing it forever. The amazing part about CrossFit 611 is they do intro classes to be sure you've got the form and skill before heading into a CrossFit circuit. CrossFit 611 is an amazing gym that cares for it's members. The staff is exceptionally kind and extroverted- Making you feel welcome and like you are part of their family immediately. They have a really nice childcare room with plenty of toys and activities. The best part is that the members at CrossFit 611 are equally as kind and willing to talk to newcomers. If you are on the fence about trying CrossFit, I highly suggest giving CrossFit 611 a shot!
"Where everybody knows your name" I LOVE THIS GYM. So many classes!!!! AND CHILD CARE!!! The Coaches are amazing. The owners Shawn and Becky are amazing and really love and care for the athletes/families who come in.
What a blessing this gym is! They do an amazing job of providing great community and great workouts! The members are kind and friendly, the workouts are challenging, yet scalable, and the owners are just super amazing!
Very easy drop in policy. Cool relaxed coaches. Signed up online, showed up, 10min early, that's it. Jumped right in on the noon class. Thank you!
