Honest, courteous and just down right awesome! I've been in Southern Pines for over 2 years now, and finding a good mechanic that doesn't charge an arm and a leg that puts out quality work is hard to come by. Look no further! These guys provided me with great customer service and fast turn around time without breaking the bank! Will be back!

Absolutely the best customer service I've dealt with. Jimmy and the crew at Tri City Auto Center know their stuff when it comes to vehicles and they were more than helpful in letting me know everything they were doing in reference to my truck when I dropped it off for various issues to be repaired. Jimmy called with courteous updates - something I have not been accustomed to in regards to previous dealings with other mechanics/repair shops. i will definitely return to Tri City Auto Center with no hesitation with repairs/services on any vehicle I own, as long as I live in the local area.
