One star is withheld because the luxury car I reserved and rented was not spotless and had been heavily smoked in by last occupants. Not good! On to the four great stars. The first star goes to holding the 2017 Cadillac as promised. It was the only luxury car left in your fleet, and you delivered by holding it. The second star goes to the top notch, quick customer service. I was in and out very fast and even given a ride to another location on return day. The third star goes to the quality of the car itself. The Cadillac was perfect mechanically, rode and drove like a dream. The last star goes to the Enterprise staff that offered me a discount due to the gas being completely out. Next time I will rent for a full week- it was that much fun and a totally enjoyable experience! Would recommend Enterprise of So. Pines to anyone!
This place is the worst. The staff could care less. I will never use this location again. I’ll go to rent-a-wreck first. At least they are honest! Staff needs to take some communication classes. I thought enterprise only hired educated employees.
The staff at this location are awesome! Each time I contacted them to extend my rental the process was painless and conducted with the utmost professionalism.
This location has greatly disappointed me so far. My wife called this location specifically to find out if the pick-up service they offer would reach out to our address. The gentleman on the phone stated that we are in between two locations and they would surely come and pick me up. So, I reserved a vehicle for a week and a half and made plans. Come today, a day later, an agent calls me to confirm the reservation and states that there is no possible way that they will be able to pick me up. So plans, rental and lost time all go up in smoke. Bottom line, I would not trust this location to keep their word, better record it, but not sure that would help either.
Excellent Service; Excellent Auto - My local Enterprise office went above and beyond to help me. I ended up needing the car one day earlier than originally ordered but was told that the car was coming in from a fleet rental and not available any earlier. Your representative took the initiative to contact me when she learned that the rental was returned a day early, so I was able to rent it early too. Great car, clean well maintained, great staff really interested in customer service.
