Rainbow is the poster child for why you should do business with your local bike shop! John and Elizabeth welcome everyone regardless of their experience level, ability, or how expensive the bike(s) they own or want to own are - the complete antithesis of the clickish LBS that there are so, so many of. Rainbow provides consistently good repairs with fast turn around on same. Southern Pines is some kinda' lucky to have a shop like this - thanks guys!
Double check their work!!! Took my kids bike in to get tuned up and ready for summer. They charged $40 to adjust the breaks but didn't actually replace the old ones. I also had to take my other bikes back in when I realized the rear wheels didn't spin freely because they still rubbed against the break pads. Still don't understand what I paid for if the bikes are ready to ride
I was camping near by with no tools etc when my son broke his chain on his bike. A quick google search led us here. I was worried that a specialty bike shop would be expensive. We took his bike in and they had it fixed within 15 minutes at an incredibly reasonable price. They even gauged his tires and added air for him. They are very friendly and super helpful! Thank you Rainbow Bikes!
Awesome shop. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that works there is very friendly and they never try to over sell.
I can't say enough good things about this place. The Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. They took the time to make sure the bike was fine-tuned and cleaned for me. For cyclists, this is a great shop. Great prices on parts and services. This is my new go to bike shop for anything cycling related.
