Have heard mostly raving reviews, but was warned of iffy customer service and order oversights... We picked up on that a little, but the donuts and coffee were absolutely amazing. Not to mention, really cool/exciting for the kids. An awesome experience and will be coming back, soon! Loved the cooked exterior and soft inside, and the toppings choices are second to none.
Oh man! Yummy. Where else can you go and design your own custom made to order donut? These things are amazing. We loved it and the donuts are hot when served. These are also called donuts, not yeast donuts. These went great with our coffee we also ordered. Definitely a treat.
Dirty tables, (inside and out).dirty floors we had to eat in our car. Dirty bathroom and poor customer service. Absolutely zero leadership presence as the establishment was being operated by very inexperienced staff.
My order got punched in wrong at the register and I didn't notice until they were done making them. The girl who made my donuts fixed it by giving me two free donuts without me even asking for them. Great donuts, excellent service.
There best donuts. Used to love Dunkin but the could never get my drink right. Duck Donuts are fresh and the make my drink order correct! Win win!
